What can I say, Carlux is a fabulous company to deal with, obviously extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cars as well as providing a high level of customer service. I travelled a fair distance to view a Fiesta ST I'd seen on Carlux's website and it was better than described, the whole process from first contact via email and telephone through to test drive, purchase and beyond has been first rate. Previous experience with second hand car buying especially being female has been hit and miss but I never felt like that with Liam and Connor. I would happily travel the distance back to them for my next car, although this Fiesta is so good I don't expect it to be any time soon! Thank you so much!

I sold my car online and it was purchased by CarLux. Liam got in touch as soon as the offer was accepted to arrange a convenient time for collection and kept me updated throughout the whole process. What I appreciated was the human element in our conversations rather than it feeling like a stuffy intimidating business transaction. He was kind and patient with things I didn't understand having never been through this process before, and we had a laugh along the way which made me a bit less sad to say goodbye to my Volvo "Freya".

On the day of collection he showed me how to update the DVLA online rather than by paper process, it took seconds! He clearly does this day in day out and the guidance was much appreciated.

The icing on the cake - I stupidly left a CD in the car CD player! Rather than just bin it and move on after his at least 7 hour round trip, he sent me a photo and asked about it. It was my uncle's band from about 30 years ago so totally irreplaceable. He's posting it back to me tomorrow. It's always nice to deal with nice people and you couldn't ask for better than Liam.

Excellent in every way. On initial viewing I was given time to go over the car as closely as I liked without pressure. All of the admin was quick and stress free. Liam offered to collect me from the station on the day of collection to ease my travel arrangements. During the drive home I realised that the aircon needed to be re-gassed. There was no argument about this and I was able to get it completed locally. The payment to reimburse me arrived in my account less than 5 minutes after I sent a copy of the invoice. I would definitely use CarLux again and would recommend.

Can’t recommend Connor and Liam enough! Viewed the car on Friday and picked up on the following Monday! Top quality cars sold by top quality lads! Both such genuine and down to earth guys and nothing would be too much trouble for them! Over the moon with my new car and will definitely use this garage for future purchases! 5 star experience from stat to finish.I live in the North east of England, never bought fron a private garage before so I was a little reluctant to purchase th3 car. however Liam supportEd me with excellent customer service, knowledge and honesty from the get go. The communication was excellent and all questions were answered hassle free. the purchase process it's self was excellently prepared and the staff even offered to collect us from the train station to collect the car.the car it's self is a beautiful smooth driving car which got a good run out on the journey home. all round great service and I wpuld purchase from them again

Meet Liam who was first class from start to finish. Gladly allowed us to test drive a couple of cars and didn’t feel pressured into making any decisions. He was upfront and reassuring when the car showed signs of an oil leak the day before collection, but this was resolved quickly and collection was only delayed by a weekend. Overall very happy with the car and the company would definitely use again if the right car is in stock. All the best for the future guys!

CARLUX we're great from start to finish, very easy to deal with and liam was extremely helpful. Recently found a great little first car for our son at Carlux. Low milage, excellent condition and very well priced, plus reasonable on the insurance.We initially set our search boundary up to 50 miles away from home on Autotrader, and were really pleased to find that Carlux were actually only 10 minutes drive from us. They had the best deal by far on the specific model we were looking for, out of around 17 of the same model that were suggested by the search engine. Rang to enquire on the off chance, outside of working hours. Liam kindly offered to pop down to meet us at short notice at a time that was convenient to us.There was no pressure or hard sell from Liam whatsoever, but he did allow us plenty of time to take it for a drive & also showed us a few other great little first cars that he had in stock that we might not have previously considered. Again no pushiness, just information about other great quality similar model small cars to bear in mind. We honestly had a completely different car buying experience with Carlux than we've ever had anywhere in our 30+ years of motoring.Liam was honest, straight, very friendly but with no pushiness whatsoever. He's just a genuinely nice young man who has great cars in stock. Carlux will be our first port of call for future car purchases as we had such a great experience this time around. Would honestly recommend them to anyone.I believe Carlux may be a relatively new business, but I'm sure they they will go from strength to strength with their refreshingly different approach. We really do wish them all the best and look forward to seeing what they have in stock when our youngest turns 17.

Contacted carlux on Sunday morning asking to view a car, had a phonecall within the hour to say they'd just taken the car in the day before and it hadn't been prepped, but were so confident in it quality that they would open up specifically for us to see the car that day. We saw that car and after chewing the fat chatting with them about cars in general and what they would do to this car before we took it, we handed over a deposit to secure the car. We were kept updated every step of the way via text, when the car was serviced, when it was safety checked, when it was MOT'd, when it was cleaned and finally when it was ready to collect. Even on the day of collection, issues with the bank on my side didnt cause them any frustrations and we werent rushed through any of it. The car was picked up 3 days after the process started by a happy 18yr old who now has a reliable vehicle to get him about. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a reliable vehicle to check carlux stock, we've gone from not knowing they existed to wondering if we can get our next boys car from them next year !...
